Our Team

David Rogers has worked in the Insurance Industry for 39 years with the last 30 years being spent at Broking positions with Westminster Broking House Pty Ltd. Commencing in 1989 as a broker and being promoted to a Director and shareholder of Westminster Broking House Pty Ltd in 1994.

In 2011, David took over the reins as Managing Director / CEO and at the time became the major shareholder in the company whilst still maintaining responsibility for 50 of the largest clients within the Westminister Group. David currently continues to manage all National clients of the company and also acts for several Global customers in respect of their Australian and New Zealand operations.

External to Westminster, David previously held 2 industry Board positions on the National Boards of IBNA (Insurance Brokers Network of Australia) who represents 84 Insurance Brokers around the country and AIMS (Austbrokers IBNA member services) this group acts for an additional 42 insurance brokers around Australia. Austbrokers are a listed company on the ASX.

David has participated on these boards for more than 15 years and jointly the 2 organisations administer in excess of $3 billion of premiums being placed into the Australian insurance market. David previously held the position of Vice Chairman of IBNA.

External to the Australian insurance industry, David previously held a Board position of the committee of the WACCC (Western Australia Chinese Chamber of Commerce).

David excels in skills of policy placement, insurer negotiations and as a result of industry board positions is in regular communication with all CEO executives of all the major insurance companies around Australia and can command considerable leverage if any insurer falls short on the commitments generated within policy coverage.

Jon has 23 years experience within the Insurance industry. He spent 15 years with EBM Insurance Brokers who are a national Insurance brokerage, in their Corporate Risks divison. Jon spent time with a National Underwriting Agency as a State Manager, responsible for all operations in WA & NT before joining a WA boutique brokerage heading up a Corporate Risks team.

Jon joined Westminster Coverforce in 2021 and is now an Executive Director looking after business operations and providing high level broking and risk management advice to a select group of high-profile company corporate clients.

Jon is involved with our broking teams to provide high level assistance to our brokers and their clients when required.

Outside of Coverforce, Jon is involved on the boards of various sporting clubs providing operational oversight and governance guidance to assist with the overall success of the clubs.

Con is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and has also completed a Diploma in Insurance Administration and a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking). Con is also an Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute and has a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Con has worked in the Insurance Industry for a number of Insurance Companies, as an Underwriter and manager and in his own insurance brokerage for 49 years. (Last 33 years as a broker).

His former company Leed Risk Services is now owned by Westminster Coverforce Pty Ltd, where he maintains financial interest and who are members of the National Insurance Brokers Association - the Insurance Brokers professional body which gives combined voice to Government as well as promotes a very high code of conduct and ethics in the industry.

Con's former company were founding members of 'Insurance Brokers Network Australia Limited', the first Australian marketing network of 87 independent brokers Australia-wide who used their combined muscle to deliver advantaged products and services to their members and their clients. Con was instrumental in creating a state chapter and a national group in 1993. Con was State Chairman of this organisation from 1994 to 1996 and 2010. Con was also National Chairman between 1997-1999. Combined premium Income from this group exceeded AUD1 Billion. IBNA has since been sold to the Steadfast Group (Which is listed on the AU stock exchange SDF with a market cap of AUD 6 Billion).

Con's Insurance expertise includes Insurance and Risk Management Advice and placement for medium to large corporations from most Industry groups, however for over 10 years he now specialises in Solar and Clean Energy risks. Con has a strong focus on helping businesses promote decarbonisation to create a sustainable future.

Con speaks English and fluent Greek.

Alan has been with Westminster Coverforce since 2013 and is one of our Senior Account Directors, he is responsible for large corporate accounts that require extensive expertise in risk management and tailoring specific products to a clients requirements.

Alan has 30 years insurance & risk management experience, 13 of those years were gained working in the London insurance market (including Lloyd’s) both underwriting and broking for National and International organisations. Alan migrated to Australia in 2007 and holds both UK and Australian insurance qualifications.

Alan has obtained certifications including Cert CII from The Chartered Insurance Institute, Certified Insurance Professional from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and Qualified Practising Insurance Broker from the National Insurance Brokers Association. He is also part of Westminster Coverforce’s executive leadership team.

Luke has over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the Transport, Mining and Crane Industries. With a London Insurance Market background, Luke has learned at the highest level what it takes to service clients' insurance requirements and developed an international network to call upon when placing complex problems.

Working with the ethos "you don't earn loyalty in a day. You earn loyalty day-by-day", he believes in building strong relationships with clients and taking the time to understand the client's business at an intimate level.

This way, he can identify exposure within insurance programs and provide alternative risk management solutions for client's exposure, allowing the client to make educated decisions.

Gavin is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and he has also completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

A Mid-Market specialist and broker for over 20 years, Gavin was once a partner in a licenced brokerage and then went on to operate his own successful General Insurance Broking Business. Having sold his business to Westminster Coverforce in 2020 Gavin’s passion for the General Insurance Industry continues to be forefront as he champions a team that strives to deliver a programme that is simple and yet complete.

Gavin understands businesses and the variety of essential insurance needs that a business requires to protect their important assets. Gavin will educate clients on the numerous coverages and options available on the market whilst taking into consideration the complex perimeters that exist in today’s ever-changing world. Once reviewed and an appropriate insurance suite is implemented to your liking, your business is continually monitored and revised as required or necessary.

Alex began his career in Dunedin, NZ in 2006 soon becoming a broker working closely with national and regional business relationships for the brokerage.

Alex loves dealing with business owners and understanding their unique businesses and risk profiles, providing solutions to ensure they can financially survive any insurable event as well as make informed decisions on risk retention and mitigation. Making the move to Perth (2022) and more recently Coverforce, in 2023, Alex has continued to build on his extensive insurance knowledge learning the unique aspects of the industry in Australia and WA specifically.

Enjoying the warm weather allowing for ample fishing, diving and golfing time, Alex is excited to take advantage of the career opportunities whilst exploring new vistas and meeting the wonderful people that also make WA their home.

Cheryl is a commercially focused Team Leader with 30 years plus experience across the financial services industry, both in corporate and intermediary settings.

Early experience was gained in a range of positions with MLC limited and continued to develop over the past 20 years with Coverforce, Gallaghers and the WFI Insurance brand with IAG (and Wesfarmers, the previous owner).

Cheryl enjoys building strong internal and external networks and is committed to developing high performing teams.

Natasha has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, with focus on helping clients with their claim needs. Her experience in insurance grew from a start in an SGIO country branch, providing quotes on motor and home policies. From there, Natasha branched out to handling home claims and at fault motor claims with RAC Insurance and loss adjusting with Crawfords.

During Natasha's time in the industry, she has been able to work with supply chains, grow relationships between the Insurer and supplier/repairer, assist colleagues with upskilling and time management, adjust to changes in the industry as technology progresses and assist clients with their claims to ensure the best possible outcome for them.

Natasha has a strong work ethic and takes pride in her work. She loves being an active participant in her team and is there to offer support when needed.

She also holds a Diploma in Counselling, which she says assists in being able to understand and relate to her clients on a personal level.

Aaron Wilson joined Coverforce in April of 2024 as an Account Manager in the SME division. He brings over 25 years of expertise in the insurance industry. In that time, he held positions, such as underwriting manager, general insurance specialist, and a director of his own successful brokerage for the last 11 years.

Being a business owner has provided him insight into the challenges faced by other business owners, giving him an invaluable edge when interacting with clients. Aaron is dedicated to giving his clients the best possible customer service and making sure they can rest easy knowing they are well protected.

With over four decades of experience in the insurance industry, Tammy is a seasoned professional known for her comprehensive expertise and dynamic client service. Her career began on the front lines as a motor claims assistant, where she honed her skills in legal claims recovery for a prominent insurer. Over time, Tammy’s role evolved to encompass specialised sectors such as franchise insurance, medical professionals, and niche broking markets.

Tammy’s tenure as an International Corporate Assistant allowed her to deepen her understanding of complex insurance risks, adopting a multi-layered approach that has become a hallmark of her professional methodology. In the past decade, she has transitioned from an Authorized Representative to a Senior Account Manager within a leading Broker Network Group. Her commitment to community service is evident through her work with a not-for-profit organization, where she has dedicated her time to mentoring and supporting small startup businesses in navigating the insurance landscape. This endeavour has not only been fulfilling but continues to empower new entrepreneurs and contractors.

Tammy’s diverse clientele ranges from individual contractors to expansive fleet and construction companies. Her ability to tailor her knowledge to meet the needs of various industries is a testament to her belief that diversity is essential in grasping the nuances of the ever-evolving insurance market.

After spending four years in the serene Busselton region, Tammy is now poised to return to the city with renewed vigour. Eager to further her knowledge and reconnect with the urban insurance sector, she is ready to leverage her vast experience to continue making significant contributions to the field. Tammy’s role with Westminster Coverforce will involve managing a portfolio of valued SME clients whilst also being the SME Division Manager overseeing the Westminster Coverforce SME team.
