Insurance Contract Reviews
Westminster Coverforce provides a contract review service (free of charge) to its clients.
Our external legal council will review contracts into which they are about to enter (or for which they are being asked to tender) against their insurance programme and advise as to whether there are any potentially uninsured exposures in the contract and, where there are, providing advice as to how those risks might be mitigated (typically by way of an insurance response or by seeking to have the contract amended to fit the client’s insurance programme).
Further legal advice on other matters are available to our clients by our external legal council, however these services and costs would need to be agreed between our client and our external legal council directly.
