The role of Strata Claims Executive works closely with our customers to support them when the unexpected happens, working with the insurer to ensure that the claims process goes as smoothly as possible.

About you

• You have experience in strata insurance claims
• You have excellent communication skills and are confident relating to customers
• You love providing great customer service and assisting others
• You build strong relationships with others and recognise that this gets things done
• You understand that different customers have different needs and prioritise accordingly
• You want to learn in a growing, diverse organisation where full training is provided
• You're comfortable with computers and learning new systems

About the role

• Receive and review insurance claims
• Responding to claims enquiries
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders as the claim progresses
• Maintain claims notes and files
• Assessing and discussing decisions with stakeholders to reach satisfactory outcomes
