This role will provide administrative support to the Schemes & Facilities Broking team, reporting directly into the National Practice Lead. You will assist with correspondence with emails and calls, process invoices, assist with the pre-renewal process for expiring policies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as underwriters, insurers, the wider broking team, and claims department.
About you
- You have previous experience in the insurance industry (previous claims or underwriting experience is highly favourable). Prior administrative experience is required, such as managing documents and databases, adhering to deadlines, and managing correspondence. This role is for individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy providing support and assistance to others.
- You thrive on providing excellent service and providing the right solution.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate over the phone, via email, and in person for client visits or meetings ensuring professionalism at all times.
- You are process orientated and have a methodical approach to organising and completing your work.
- You can identify issues and find an appropriate solution in a timely manner, escalating where necessary.
- You are proficient in using different systems and software applications such as CRMs and Microsoft suite.
About the role
- Assist the Schemes & Facilities team with administrative tasks
- Provide guidance and support to clients around insurance products
- Process insurance quotations and invoices
- Relay new business leads and referrals to the National Practice Lead
- Assist with the policy renewal process, create reports, and other necessary documentation
- Liaise and build rapport with a range of stakeholders including underwriters, insurers and the claims department
