As an Account Executive in our Owner Builders team, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients' significant investments during their renovation journey, enhancing not only their property's worth but also their peace of mind.

About you

• You have experience in owner builder's insurance or general insurance lines
• You have excellent communication skills and are confident relating to customers
• You love providing great customer service and assisting others
• You build strong relationships with others and recognise that this gets things done
• You understand that different customers have different needs and prioritise accordingly
• You're comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• You're able to innovate and identify unconventional solutions

About the role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of owner builder insurance
• Provide a high level of expertise, guidance, and support to clients around insurance product
• Deliver strong insurance solutions and seek competitive quotations for complex scenarios. We have AI assistance to support!
• Process in a timely manner any requiredinvoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, and other necessary documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, underwriters, and insurers
• Help identify and execute new business opportunities
