Lou is a Certified Insurance Professional. And has worked in the Insurance Industry for 42 years, (33 years as an insurance broker).

Lou is experienced in all areas of insurance and has worked with a host of major clients across Australia who represent a whole spectrum of commercial and corporate activities from Engineering to Transport; Recruitment to Contracting; Manufacturing to Professional Risks and many others.

Lou has concentrated in Auditing and reviewing Insurance Programs for Clients and offering solutions that meet their insurance needs. He has specialised in Risk Management and in Workers Compensation including Claims reviews and determining strategies for complicated Claims. Lou attained his Cert IV in OH&S.

Lou is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a Certified Insurance Professional. Lou is managing his own group of Clientele including the majority of our Northern Country Clients. Lou is an Executive Director of the Company and is assisted by fellow team colleague Curtis Smith, Account Manager.

Ryan has worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years on both the insurer and broking sides. Before joing Coverforce Complete in 2019, Ryan worked for a large global insurer Allianz, across multiple roles including Underwriting, Sales and Team management.

His key strengths are the ability to build relationships and tailor insurance solutions to fit client's needs, by identifying risks and transferring them over to insurers. Ryan is passionate on getting to know his clients personally and enjoys helping them protect either their personal or business assets.

Ryan has strong relationships across the insurance industry and looks after a diverse portfolio from small private companies to medium/large commercial and corporate clients.

David has worked in the Insurance Industry for 39 years with the last 30 years being spent at broking positions with Westminster Broking House. Commencing in 1989 as a Broker being promoted to Director and shareholder in 1994. In 2014, David took over the reigns as Managing Director and at the same time became the major shareholder in company whilst still maintaining responsibility for 50 of the largest clients within the Westminster Group. David currently continues to manage all National clients of the company and also acts for several Global customers in respect of their Australian and New Zealand operations.

External to Westminster, David previously held 2 industry Board positions on the National Boards IBNA (Insurance Brokers Network of Australia) who represents 84 Insurance brokers around the country and AIMS (Austbrokers IBNA member services) this group acts for an additional 42 insurance brokers around Australia.

David has participated on these boards for more than 10 years and jointly the 2 organisations administer in excess of $3 billion of premiums being place in to the Australian insurance market. David currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of IBNA.

External to the Australian insurance industry, David holds a Board position on the committee of the WACCC (WA Chinese chamber of commerce).

David excels in skills of policy placement, insurer negotiations and as a result of industry board positions is in regular communication with all CEO executives of all the major insurance companies around Australia and can command considerable leverage if any insurer falls short on the commitments generated within policy coverage.

Mark has over worked in the insurance industry as a broker and underwriter specialising in professional liability since 2007. Mark spent 7 years with the international insurance broking firm Marsh where he was responsible for the negotiation, placement and servicing of professional liability programs for a variety of clientele from large corporate clients to small private companies.

Prior to joining Coverforce 3LP Mark worked at Zurich Australian Insurance as the Queensland Underwriting Manager for Financial Lines Insurance. In this role Mark was accountable for the management, development and underwriting of a professional liability book whose product portfolio incorporated: Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Professional Indemnity, Prospectus Liability, Crime, Employment Practices, IT Liability and Management Liability.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business in Public Sector Management and is a Committee Member of the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Professional Indemnity Group.

Carwyn has specialised in insurance broking and underwriting since 1998. Carwyn’s experience includes structuring, placing and managing large, complex insurance programmes incorporating a high degree of risk management and captive arrangements.

Carwyn has worked at international and national broking firms in various countries including Australia, England and New Zealand. During this time he developed a particular interest and expertise in Property and General Liability insurance providing high level advice to clients in relation to policy interpretation, contract review provisions, claims advocacy, program structuring and risk management.

In addition to his extensive broking background Carwyn has also worked as an insurance underwriter in both the general insurance and professional liability sectors.

Ahmad has worked in Banking and Finance for 15 years specialising in construction lending.

Since 2002, Ahmad has worked as an insurance broker specialising in Construction, Public Liability, Strata and Home Warranty. He has been based at Bankstown for most of his business career however services clients located all over NSW.

With almost 30 years of workers compensation experience, Julie is highly regarded across the insurance industry due to her expertise with a broad range of clients and track record of delivering results. Julie's expertise is in assisting clients to identify their workplace risk and implementing commercial solutions to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Julie's experience extends across client relationship management, risk management and workplace safety. With an intuitive and dynamic approach, she is an accomplished and highly skilled professional whose passion for people and business inspires trust to create a high performing environment.

Marc is a results-driven and highly regarded leader who has held senior roles in pre-eminent banking, insurance and financial service organisations uniformly recognised as global or market leaders.

Marc has experience in workers compensation, HR, organisational and cultural transformation and business management.

Enjoying a professional career of 20 years within the insurance sector, Nathan has built a reputation of honesty, resilience, commitment to the Insurance Industry, and dedication to deliver his specialised knowledge, focusing on Commercial SME and Domestic Lines.

Equipped with extensive knowledge in a broad range of insurance products, risk analysis coupled with exceptional levels of service and advice, Nathan can meet customer's expectations.

Prior to Joining Coverforce, Nathan worked as a Domestic and Commercial underwriter at AMP, as well as being a National Account Manager at the brokerage Willis (previously known as Wwillis Towers Watson) on the Caterpillar Construction sector. His role was to maintain the Nationwide Caterpillar Insurance Portfolio.

Nathan's passion and love for supercars has built strong foundations and relationships with market leading car dealerships, asset finance, accounting and home lending professionals.

With a Diploma in Financial Services specialising in Insurance Broking, paired with Tier 1 and 2 General Insurance certifications, Nathan is ready to take on any risk and provide customers with the most competitive, comprehensive cover available in the market.

Kurt Commenced his career in the insurance industry in early 2000. Starting off as a Claims Broker, he then proceeded to work for several large international and Australian brokerages before joining the team at Coverforce Complete in 2011.

Kurt brings with him a wealth of experience and a client base that is diverse - from small and medium sized businesses to large scale corporate clients.

Kurt takes pride in his approach to business, getting to know each of his clients and working with them to find an insurance solution that meets their needs, both on a personal and commercial level.

When away from work, Kurt likes to spend time with his family and enjoys getting out in nature for camping trips.

Kurt holds a Diploma in Financial Services, specialising in Insurance Broking.

Phil has worked in the General Insurance Industry for over 40 years, with the last 38 years being spent with Arrowsmith & Petruccelli Insurance Brokers and the majority of those as Managing Director.

Arrowmsith & Petruccelli joined the Coverforce Group in 2019 and became Coverforce Complete Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd in 2021.

Phil's years of experience have developed a broad knowledge of Industries and Products in the General Insurance area to satisfy client's needs.

He has a diploma in Financial Services (Broking), QPIB with the National Insurance Broking Association (Aust) and been a member of the Southern Committee for the Insurance Brokers Network (IBNA).

Paul has over 40 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, with the first 18 years spent working for insurers such as Vero and CGU, where he held various roles in Underwriting, Sales, and Team Management.

In 2005, Paul transitioned to insurance broking with Marsh Insurance Brokers before joining Coverforce in 2020. More recently, Paul became part of Coverforce Partners in February 2023. With his extensive experience, Paul has developed a broad understanding of industries and insurance products, allowing him to effectively meet clients' needs.

As a relationship-focused broker, he prides himself on building strong connections with both clients and insurers. His diverse client base ranges from small private businesses to medium and large commercial and corporate entities.

Paul holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Insurance) and is Tier 1 certified in Insurance Broking.

Sam has over 13 years experience in the insurance industry, working for a number of large and reputable companies including Marsh Insurance Brokers, AIG and Port Phillip Insurance Services (PPIS).

In 2019, Sam joined Coverforce following the acquisition of PPIS by Coverforce. As Managing Director of Coverforce PPIS, what he enjoys best is being able to truly understand his clients and what their business needs are, and then provide tailored insurance solutions which are not only competitive but provide piece of mind.

Sam holds a Tier 1 in Insurance Broking.

Peter started at Coverforce in 2013 and has been a specialist trade credit insurance broker for over 25 year. Previously a Chartered Accountant, Peter understands the needs of businesses when it comes to protecting their cash flow and assist in business growth and opportunity.

Cash flow protection is paramount for any business and credit insurance is best and most cost effective solution.

Peter is well known and highly respected by all of the trade credit insurance underwriters which allows him to obtain the best possible terms for clients.

Jon has 25 years experience within the Insurance industry. He spent 15 years with EBM Insurance Brokers who are a national Insurance brokerage, in their Corporate Risks division managing complex risks in the mining, engineering, labour hire sectors. Jon spent time with a National Underwriting Agency as the State Manager responsible for all business operations in WA & NT before joining a WA Boutique Brokerage heading up a Corporate Risks team.

Jon has extensive experience in risk management/mitigation and complex Insurance program placements, he has extensive Insurer negotiation abilities and always puts the customer first.

Jon, joined Westminster Coverforce as General Manager looking after business operations and providing high level broking & risk management advice to a select group of high-profile company Corporate clients.

In 2023, Jon became an Executive Director and Shareholder of Westminster Coverforce to support the continued growth of the company.
