Dave has over 25 years of experience in the Australian Insurance market devoted to client acquisition, risk management and risk transfer solutions in the corporate and middle market business segments.

These include large national fleet, complex liability and financial lines companies nationally. His area of expertise is in the design, placement and implementation of global and local Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, Motor Fleet and Complex Risk insurance programs.

Dave has a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance) and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.

Anjali holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is a certified PMP , SSM, Tier 1 in General Insurance & FLMI Insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the Insurance operations along with strong technical background, Business & Data Analytics, Project Management, Process improvement and automation skills.

Her role would encompass delivery of operational support , driving the Coverforce project pipeline, innovative platform initiatives and identifying areas of process improvement.

Nik joined Coverforce in August 2023. He has over 10 years of experience in various insurance products and markets, having acted for a broad range of insurers and insureds based both locally and abroad. Nik’s diverse experience has cultivated a unique skill set which spans from front-end advisory services to large and complex litigation, as well as general commercial work assisting corporate clients to achieve their strategic objectives, with a particular focus on contract law.

Relishing the opportunity to add to the synergies of the Coverforce team, Nik’s role provides him with the opportunity to work alongside different areas of the business in order to drive forward the core activities of acquisitions, corporate and regulatory, compliance, claims and contractual arrangements.

Nik holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons Class 1) from the University of Sydney.

Dan joined Coverforce in 2022, focusing on corporate and construction broking within our General Insurance Broking team. In 2023, he was appointed as Head of Strata. With over a decade of experience in broking and underwriting, Dan has seamlessly integrated his skills from both the UK and Australian Insurance Markets.

Dan began his career in 2009, specialising in business insurance for the charity and recruitment sectors. Since his relocation from England to Australia in 2014, Dan has worked in broking and underwriting, developing and promoting various products for specialist markets including property, construction, corporate risks, information technology, prestige motor, track day, personal accident & sickness and extended warranty covers.

Mohamed joined Coverforce in 2019 bring with him over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. Known for his strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure, he is a fast learner who consistently demonstrates initiative.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has held various roles, where he collaborates with external clients to build and deploy new projects, provides technical support and maintenance, and offers expert consulting services. His expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including Aruba and Cisco switches, Qnap NAS, Sophos firewalls, and domain controllers, among others.

Mohamed has undergone training and development programs in Microsoft Exchange, Citrix implementation, Cisco networking, VMware infrastructure, and Microsoft Windows Server management.

Lisa is a transformative Talent Manager who joined our Executive team in January 2023. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Economics and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also an accredited Change Management Practitioner and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Australian Institute of Training and Development.

Danny Kondrajian joined Coverforce in 2023 as National Claims Manager. He brings with him over 25 years of insurance industry knowledge with his career in both insurers and insurance brokers. Danny has a strong understanding of business processes, analytical and problem-solving skills having set up and managed insurance/claims teams across Australia, UK and Singapore.

Danny has experience in but not limited to Motor Domestic/Commercial, Property Domestic/Commercial, Liability, Marine, Construction and Project management.

James joined Coverforce as the CEO of Coverforce Partners in February 2023. James brings 10 years experience working in the Australian and UK Insurance Markets. James has a proven track record of successfully developing and leading strategic relationships and delivering positive commercial outcomes working with a broad range of brokers.

James holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Certificate of Insurance and Risk Management from Deakin University and a Diploma of Insurance Broking.

Jitendra is a qualified accountant with over 16 years accounting and management experience. Before joining Coverforce in 2006, he worked for Chartered Accounting firms including KPMG covering a broad range of clients within public, private and multinational companies.

Jitendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants).

Tony Goldsmith joined Coverforce in 2016 as CEO of Coverforce Partners and was promoted to CEO of Coverforce Pty Limited in October 2022. He brings with him over 28 years of insurance industry knowledge and his career with both insurers and insurance brokers has benefited him with an extensive network of insurer and broker relationships.

Successfully building Coverforce Partners from a start-up operation to an established National Broking network – Tony’s experience in Merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Sales Management and Operational execution have been key ingredients to the ongoing success of Coverforce as a thriving business. Tony holds a Graduate Diploma of Insurance.

Matthew joined Coverforce in 2011 and has over 18 years in the Insurance industry. He has over 13 years experience in the area of income protection specialising in both life and general insurance. Matthew also has extensive experience with complex insurance claims, risk management, governance and underwriting.

He holds Diplomas in Life Insurance, Superannuation and General Insurance and is also a member of:

• ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance)
• National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia

Since joining Coverforce an Assistant Management Accountant in 2013, Vishal has held a variety of roles within the finance team. During this time he developed a solid understanding of our business and operations. In his current role as Executive General Manager of Finance, Vishal shares his extensive knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail to ensure the performance and growth of each member of our Finance team.

Vishal is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in Australia, a Chartered Accountant (India), Cost and Works Accountant (India) and holds a Bachelors of Commerce (India).

Prior to working with Coverforce Vishal gained valuable experience working as a Management Accountant and Auditor for large Banking, Financial Services and Insurance firms throughout India and Australia.

Allira has 15 years of operational experience in the insurance industry. In her role as Head of Operations, Allira oversees the delivery of our Platform of Services and drives our major initiatives including expanding the services we provide to our brokers and partners.

Allira's strong analytical and problem solving skills have had a significant impact on streamlining the business processes and reporting Coverforce use today. With this valuable skillset, Allira leads her team as a key co-ordinator within the many projects executed at Coverforce.

Allira holds a Diploma in Accounting and Tier 1 in Insurance Broking.

Amanda was contracted to build one of Coverforce’s first websites back in 2001. In the years that followed Amanda became involved in many key projects across the business, becoming an integral part of the company.

In her current role as EGM of Marketing, Amanda works closely with our in-house team to build a brand that reflects our values and capability. Leveraging her passion for technology and understanding of the business beyond marketing, Amanda leads her team to develop practical solutions that add real value to client interactions.

Andrew has over three decades of experience in the Australiasian Insurance market devoted to client acquisition, management and risk transfer solutions in the corporate and middle market business segments.

These include multinational corporations, financial institutions, top private companies in Australia and Singapore. His area of expertise is in the design, placement and implementation of global and local Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, Information Technology, Life Science and Complex Risk insurance programs.

Andrew has a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance) and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.

Wayne commenced his role at Coverforce in April 2021, bringing with him over 6 years experience in NSW Home Warranty. Wayne heads our NSW and ACT Home Warranty team and has a hands on approach to our clients.

Prior to working in the Home Warranty Industry, Wayne was involved in the financial industry where he gained extensive experience in the field.

Wayne holds Certificate IV in finance and Tier 1 Insurance Broking and Compliance.

Jarrod is the Head of Broking for New South Wales at Coverforce, having joined the company in September 2024. He has over 20 year’s of experience in the Australian general insurance market and during this time has developed deep expertise in the middle market and corporate insurance segments.

He has a strong track record of crafting creative and strategic placement solutions to meet his clients' specific needs. Before joining Coverforce, Jarrod held key placement broking roles at several international brokers. In his current position, he is dedicated to leveraging his extensive knowledge of both local and international markets to enhance client outcomes.

Jarrod holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services (General Insurance) and is an Associate member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Gareth brings over 20 years of expertise in corporate insurance broking, having worked with top international brokerages across a broad range of industries and markets worldwide. His deep experience in designing, placing, and managing customised insurance programs reflects a solid grasp of both local and global business environments, as well as emerging markets.

A seasoned insurance professional, Gareth employs innovative strategies to craft insurance solutions that safeguard clients in an ever-evolving risk landscape. Known for his strategic insight, he excels at identifying client needs and cultivating long-term partnerships founded on trust and mutual success.

Gareth holds an Advanced Diploma of Insurance Broking and is an Associate Member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, underscoring his commitment to the highest standards of industry knowledge and professionalism.
